Eating 1200 calories consistently everyday to lose weight in just 3 meals can be challenging and that's because it depends on the foods we consume. Most people starve themselves which is never a good solution towards weight loss.

In this 1200 calorie diet plan, I show and explain how to consume foods that will keep you full throughout the day and how you can turn them into your favourite types of food!

Consuming 1200 calories a day to lose weight can be easy if it is planned and set before executing. So in this video, we do the following:

Majority of our calories will be coming from (in order):
1. Healthy Fats
2. Protein
3. Fiber

We will be focusing on foods that have high healthy essential fatty acids because your body will take a long time digesting them therefore keeping you full longer. Protein will also be focused on because proteins take a while for your body to break down thus making you full longer. Lastly, we will be focusing on fiber, as this macro is the one that makes you feel full, it is really important to focus on this so your binge eating can be avoided

Overall, when we combine the healthy fats, fiber and protein in a calorie meal plan, it's pretty much guaranteed to feel full throughout the day. Remember, our goal is keep full longer during the day so we don't binge eat thus we can hit our 1200 calorie goal!

NOTE: You should only be on a 1200 calorie diet plan if you KNOW and NEED to be eating 1200 calories a day. If consuming 1200 calories without knowing, it may case more harm then good. So find out if you REALLY NEED to eat 1200 calories a day**
