RECIPES
How To Make Bone Broth
roast bones for 20 mins at 400F
add bones to crockpot and cover with water + add 1-2TBS apple cider vinegar to pull collagen from bones (let soak 30 mins) add chopped carrots, onion, celery, and add TONS of spices! turn on low for 24 hours
dried spices:
basil
oregano
turmeric
salt + pepper
a dash of chili flakes
cumin
2 bay leaves
ginger
thyme
onion salt
garlic
paprika
rosemary
Pizza Dough
1 1/4 cups warm water, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 2 tsp active dry yeast, 3 1/3 cup gluten free flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp olive oil
+ combine warm water and sugar then sprinkle yeast over dissolved mixture. combine flour, salt, 2 tsp oil in food processor, add yeast mixture and process until everything comes together. let dough rise for 2-3 hours before using.
Roasted Tomato & Veggie Soup
2 1/2 lb tomato, 2 tsp dried oregano sprinkled on chopped tomato, 2 stalks celery, 1 medium onion chopped, 4 carrots chopped, olive oil, 1 head of garlic top chopped off roasted w olive oil, 1/2 cup bone broth, 1/2 cup coconut cream, 20 basil leaves
+ roast veggies at 400F for 50 mins and blend everything together - enjoy!
Roasted Sweet Potato
line a casserole dish with parchment paper & roast sweet potatoes in oven with MCT oil covered with foil for 1 hour at 400F or until fork tender - I just check on them until they're done!

pour 2 tbs gelatin over 1 cup of liquid then add 3 cups of liquid and heat until almost boiling. pour hot mixture over bloomed gelatin and let set in fridge overnight - I used guava juice
