Hi Jasminr and Chris. I tried the breakfast bars and they rock! Will probably add more oats next time to make it less sweet but overall a definite win. I also added some cacao nibs

In 1st recipe:
I am subbing Sunbutter vs PB in the bars.
In 2nd Recipe: I will sub jackfruit or soy free beyond meat, , chunked polenta or chickpeas vs the gluten-ful, soy-laden, vegan sausage
What gluten free, soy free ingredient can I sub for the Tofu, in the 2nd recipe, tho? Updated to add" I am subbing PUMFU (pumpkin-based, soy free Tofu).

First I have to say, you 2 are very cute together. Thank you for your videos. I made 1/2 batch of the apple butter (I have a 3qt instant pot as it's only me) and it is so good! OMG yum yum yum. It still made a quart almost full to the top. I'm curious of all the ways I can use it, besides toast, oatmeal, just eating it straight like apple sauce - haha. And wondering if you can freeze it. I will try a small container and wondering if you have. Thank you so much. I didn't realize how much I love apple butter until I saw your post / video on it. Thank you. I appreciate you. <3

I am dying for you guys to make a top ramen video ! lol i know it sounds lame but i am so tired of old school packed top ramen. Is this something you can do? Or even a vegan pad thai video. Craving noodles since its getting colder lol
