This stuff scares me. I have this bad feeling that we’re going to see some serious issues come down the line with these drugs.

My Mom believes everything her doctors tell her. She wanted to go off Ozempic for financial reasons and while in the hospital recovering from c-diff (which she got because he doc gave her antibiotics for any possible secondary infections when diagnosed with covid, insert eye roll) the hospital doc said "Well you can either take Ozempic once a week and keep your weight off OR go off it, watch your weight go up, and take daily insulin....your choice!" And proceeded to make her feel bad. I just sent this to her. And Gosh, Dr. Berry....I sure do wish you were still seeing patients here in TN. I had one in person appointment with you and never made it back for the follow up before your location closed up. You were the first (and last) doc that listened and gave me good advice. You found (Hashimoto's) what I had been complaining for prior. You listened when other docs wrote me off. I appreciate you and your videos. Although I'm still a mess....I'm better than I was.🙌

I just got home from a walk in clinic and a dr I have never seen recommended Ozempic. I told him no. My husband and I are doing carnivore to try and help with the pain I have(chronic diseases) and my husbands gut issues. I currently am on pain meds but am hoping and praying that I can get off of them if the carnivore way of life works for us.

My husband is insulin dependent due to his pancreas being damaged. His doctor had him try Trulicity to see if it would help him with his blood sugars. It didn’t. It however allowed him to get diagnosed with gastroparesis & get him to a better endocrinologist who has supported his treatment with his low carb lifestyle! He’s still going to have to be on insulin but he’s finally starting to respond to treatment!

I had surgery two weeks ago (13 year old Lap Band removal). I took Ozempic on Friday and had surgery on Tuesday. None of the three-person anesthesiology prescreen team had any concerns over it.

They put me on this but I had terrible pain in my tummy so we stopped it.

Another reason to use lifestyle as our PRIMARY tool to heal.

Relying on medications without long term safety data is usually not worth the hidden risks.

What stopped me from taking Ozempic was strictly financial---my cost went from $40 to $250 a month...and I am on Medicare, with a Medicare advantage plan.

Dr. Berry, stopping these medications one of even two weeks before surgery will do NOTHING to stop the gastroparesis effect because the half-life of these medications is too long. I just discussed this issue with my bariatric physician n

I started the carnivore journey in May 2022 just to see if it would work or if it was a hoax. It worked! I did it for my Granddaughter who was 21 & weighs at least 300 lbs, as well as for myself at 65 years old. I was praying she would try it herself & that my daughter would encourage her. Instead of changing what she puts in her mouth that made her gain weight, she decided to have some kind of bariatric surgery which was done on 6/28/2023. My heart is broken for her & all I can do is pray that no weapon formed against her shall prosper as she deals with whatever happens in her body now that she has surgically changed the way God Created her body. The brainwashing is horrendous & evil. I was labeled rude & told to butt out for suggesting my Granddaughter try the carnivore way of eating instead of having major surgery. May God have Mercy & help her now that she has done this to her body. I pray she will soon wake up to the reality of what she has done & will now change her way of eating to start the healing process.😢🙏

Dr Berry I am not taking Ozempic nor do I plan to, but for every surgery and medical procedure I've had (i.e. colonoscopy earlier today, and TKR last Feb), my meds were reviewed prior, and I was advised which ones to stop x days prior. This is rudimentary, and I cannot imagine it not being part of screening and pre-admission. So nothing new here, but I still watch all your videos, and am thankful for all you are doing to help us 'consumers' of the 'treatment industry'.
