Only when we know the real cause, we can heal the root and there for automatically liberate ourselves from every other jealousy-symptom too, like f.e. having emotions of anger, resentment, inadequacy, helplessness and disgust. etc.
Only if we know what the real root of the problem is, we will know how we can solve our jealousy completely and for once and for all.
Jealousy is another word for fear of losing someone, something or a status.
To end the root of the problem together with all it symptoms for once and for all, and there for to shine the light onto our ‘dark’ jealousy or fear, I came up with a drawing to show you.

For me, jealousy stems from fear of the deep intense grief of anticipating and/or experiencing and/or remembering the loss of something (or worse)someone precious. I definitely struggle with this.

I have not ever really felt jealousy that I can recall. At 67. Even when my best friend and husband starting having an affair I just said to myself. They deserve each other let me go find someone else.

That must be miserable not to be confident in your heart and reject jealousy.

I think jealousy is just an insecurity to interact with people. If someone makes you feel small, weak, feeble or belittle you in subtle ways, then its not jealousy it the other person being inconsiderate. You should tell them or stop letting it happen.
