What has helped me is to actually talk to the people that you’re jealous of if you can. Usually you’ll find out flaws and realise they’re not as “perfect” as you think they are. I’ve had it a few times that they’ve revealed they’re actually jealous of me too and usually for things I’ve not noticed or taken for granted.
