It's so important to have some kind of creative outlet - it's my belief that when we get into that flow state where it's as if we don't even exist and are just a conduit for what's flowing out of us, that's where a lot of subconscious healing happens.

I think what he talks about when he's playing his clarinet is something that all of us experience at some point - that place where we don't exist as our physical personas, but more like our spirit is being allowed to come through and all those labels and demographics don't matter because they have no bearing on doing the thing that makes us truly come alive. I hope everyone gets to figure out what that thing is and experience that joy
