Thank you HasFit team! I have been working out with you for long, here's my results in two months: 1-1, 5cm off from arms, 3cm off from belly, 2, 5-3cm off from thighs, 1cm off from calves and -1kg weightloss. Without major changes to food (I already eat quite healthy). This means I'm building muscle and I managed to fit to my target pants!

This a great workout!!!! I’m 68 and trying to keep fit as I get older and this really helps me. Sometimes I wish it was a repeat workout but when it’s done so am I. Thank you

Really enjoyed this workout!! I've been doing your 17min weight lift for beginners for 2 years now, and am just venturing into new workouts. Your sessions are so great, they build such a strong foundation for my muscle-building/maintaining journey, I am super grateful to you both. Thank you hasfit iget sligthly dislocate my back after i caring heavy cement . i get pain and i could not able to stand up properly i get pain in my back im a bit anxoius, i watch your chanel and follow your exercice about back at first its really pain but i keep slowly follow until i get better its help me your chanel hasfit God bless you.
