Can't do a pull up?  Lose fat until you can. :-) That's how I did it, anyway.

That said, this is, as usual, genius, compelling stuff, guys. Keep up the good work.

Hey guys! Hope it's ok to write to you here for a question about your MAPS programs (cuz I don't know where else to write it, unless I wait till Monday :P!) - but I follow the podcast (my crack - totally addicted ;) you guys are f*** awesome with the best info), and I want to get the RGB bundle - so here's my question: is it as geared / applicable towards WOMEN as men? In the aesthetic perspective, is it only geared towards men and what most want to develop aesthetically (big chest, etc, etc), or will I have to adjust the splits myself to emphasise the body parts more for women if that makes sense?
And it's NOT because I have a fear of becoming "bulky" - on the contrary, heavy weight lifting is a big passion :) My motivation is performance, but also aesthetics.
This is getting long (sorry), but on the podcast you also mention a "forum" - where can I sign up for this!?!? Or is it the same as the "private membership portal" mentioned on the website with the MAPS? Because I soooo would like to get in on that :D
Thank you so much in advance!

Two comments... First, why would the guy in the back interrupt the video shoot??? Second, the boys should have stopped and educated him on his row. Is that a bunny hop row? Have not tried that yet..
