I stoped processed foods pork sugar and fast foods and sodas and alcohol six months ago since then I started fasting register and eating tons of fruit and vegetables and superfoods and after 3 years of a chronic leg ulcer:wound that kept getting infected and wouldn’t heal and in 3 months it’s 100% healed the power of food is so underrated

I took the wisdom of my 91 year old grandma who said, just eat everything in moderation. Even the so called bad things. It’s not what you eat, it’s how much of it.

Organic corn... grown on a plant. Popped on my stove in coconut oil. Spiced with sea salt and yeast flakes. Never makes me depressed.

Im 16 DAYS off PROCESSED FOODS 😊 i feel so much better.dont feel like a big bloated pig anymore to be frank.. on day 7 all my rings are WAY TOO BIG .. fell off my hand . My body went through similar to drug withdrawals for over a week..on the 7 th day my chest felt calm. I can think clearly & FEEL EMOTIONS now.has been an immeasurable help for my ADHD which wasnt even a reason i did..but oh did it help.. i am tired and sleep better at night.. i could go on and on

So true. When I eat processed, carb-rich, or sugar laden foods, I experience symptoms akin to manic depression.

Everyone's body reacts differently. I know for a fact that when I eat crap, I'll feel good at the moment. 30 minutes I feel "off". Can't think straight, fog headed, etc. When I go keto, I feel on top of the world.

I've just had a Dr. Pepper and I love popcorn. I've been eating both since I was 5. And I'm now 55 and happy AF. 😂

I quit sugar, sugary and fast food. My BP went down from 150/90 to 130/80. My mood is elevated and I feel no anxiety. P.s: I am a health anxiety pateint.

Everyone's body chemistry is a little different.
My dad was a beef and potato guy only, because fruits and vegetables made him sick after about 20 minutes.
He was very strong and his work was physical.
He lived to be 89 yrs old and never sick from bacteria, viruses or fungus throughout his life.

But I have to have vegetables and fruit and bread to feel physically good and strong.
