I’m no stranger to depression, and I’ve been very open about my personal struggles with mental health through videos like this as well as my book, Unstoppable.
And while sharing my story certainly helps mental health awareness, and shed light on a topic often negatively perceived, I share this content to provide people like yourself who are struggling with depression to see there is hope
But more importantly, that there is a need to look at depression, and mental health, as the complex condition it is, and as much a biological concern, as it is a psychological one.
And that’s exactly what I’m sharing in this video, as we explore the role diet plays on our mental health, and how what you eat can trigger, or perpetuate depression.
