My wife and I did this video repeatedly to get in shape for her 50th birthday cruise. We went just to watch a ballroom dance contest and got pulled (literally) into it as the last of 6 couples. We used steps from this video and ended up winning first place! 😃

Using your arms makes it even more challenging.

Loved it!! You three are great for my mental and physical health! I appreciate the arms, the repetition and gradual increase of the different rithms and the chance to have three possible examples to choose from. I always begin and learn the steps by following Amanda. And then, I can see the guys and appreciate the various styles. THANK YOU!!

Recently my doc told me to add either walking, running, or dancing on the days between regular aerobic/weight workouts. Not only is dancing FUN and the other choices just not, but I can do this indoors during this summer of extreme heat. Thank you for this!
