as a person who hates matt and pilates workouts, if dancing exercises didnt exist i would be def. 282kg and struggling to even breathe. you basically changed my mindset. i used to say hating working out but this is pure fun and health!!!

💃🏾😍 Amazing workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! This is my 2nd time doing Kaleila's workouts, and she didn't disappoint! I did her twerking dance workout a while back, and it was good. This one is definitely my favorite dance workout from Kaleila! I'm a 90's baby, so I had to do this workout! I love all the moves! Great energy! Breaking it down makes the steps easier! My favorite 90's moves were the Bart Simpson and the cabbage patch! Most of the moves were new to me, and I absolutely enjoy learning these moves! It brings so much nostalgia and so many memories! This 90's inspired dance workout was so much fun! I can't wait to do it again! Thanks, Kaleila 👍🏾😊❤
