I'm a month off all caffeine and it has changed my life in miraculous ways. I'm still in disbelief. The withdrawals were hell. But the energy and optimism I have is amazing. Skin has cleared up. Hair growing in thick and full. Incredible.

I dont understand why people need so much time to get off coffee. I drank 7 cups a day and I stopped cold turkey. Got headache 2 days and that was it.

I stopped for such a long time and then I came back twice as hard 😭 drank even more then before, it really shocked me how much of an addiction it is. My periods and pmdd symptoms were waaay less when I wasn’t on coffee 🙉 so I am here now listening to videos of people how to stop 🥴 it’s crazy how normalised it is.

Similar experience here! My mom was adding coffee to my ice cream from a young age. This is my third go around trying to quit. 🤞 I'm 32 so here's to finally kicking the habit and getting my anxiety under control!

I added cream & sweetener to mine which became a huge addiction to me …. So I decided to just quit. I drink warm lemon water and bone broth which makes me feel so much better ! It’s so addictive I cannot go back to it ! Organic decaf and it wasn’t any better

Agree. I'm 45 and no coffee since 4 weeks. Sleep less. Wake up early, no crash. Sugar and fruit is way better

I am on my 3rd day of no coffee. Replacing with chai tea for now, then I’ll move to caffeine free tea in the am. Going ok. Yesterday I had a terrible headache & was very fatigued in the afternoon.

I’m really loving all these videos on caffeine and our hormones. I’ve taken numerous breaks from coffee thinking it would stop the dependence, felt awesome without it, only to go back as I just find it so comforting in the mornings, and like the energy boost. It is basically a drug though. Eventually I got back in the dependency state real quick even just mentally. For the last few days I’ve been drinking a mushroom cacao blend in the mornings, with muchh less caffeine. Would love to hear your opinion on cacao and menstrual health, chocolate being a big craving for many! I’d like to get where you are basically— able to enjoy coffee every now and then but without the intense cravings rapidly building after drinking.

I switched to Green Tea / Earl Grey today. Coffee dehydrates me so bad. Do you ever drink any teas? Hopefully the tea will sustain me and not dehydrate.

Decaf contains caffeine. Plus awful chemicals they use to extract the caffeine.

My sleep is drastically better after giving up caffeine for a few months. For all my life I thought it took me a long time to finally crash at night. Turns out it was the caffeine the whole time smh 🤦.
