Have you been wondering how to quit coffee without headaches and other withdrawal symptoms? In this video, I explain my experience going a full month with zero caffeine (not even decaf) and how I was able to wean off caffeine without the side effects.

I explain the method for quitting caffeine in detail, plus I outline my experience without caffeine and talk about the pros and cons. The advice in this video is geared towards coffee specifically, but it can be applied to any beverage containing caffeine.

A lot of people assume that caffeine gives you energy, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It actually saps you of energy and gives you STRESS instead by taxing your adrenal hormones and creating more epinephrine and norepinephrine. I explain all this plus more in the video.

Do you think you suffer from caffeine addiction like I did? If so, try the advice in this video. I think you'll be surprised how much it helps with weaning off caffeine without the pain and suffering.

And don't forget to leave a comment below and let me know about your relationship with caffeine and whether or not you're planning on quitting it too.

I could have gone on and on about the benefits of being caffeine-free in the video but decided to cut it short. It's pretty remarkable how much of a difference it can make, but it's also very specific to the person. Some people are greatly affected by caffeine, like me, while others don't seem impacted by it at all. What's your experience with caffeine? Do you think you're addicted?

Also, I decided to not use any background music while I was speaking. Yay or nay? I'm not sure how much difference that makes and if it's better or worse. Thanks!

I quit coffee for about a year now.
My thoughts:

Less anxiety, which is why i stopped it in the first place, that and i felt like i was too dependent on it also I couldn't add any more stress. Life is enough as is.
Better sleep. Especially in the winter time.
I feel more in control of my emotions when i face challenging situations, i mean i am still me but i do feel better without it.
There you go. Hopefully this is useful somehow.

Loved coffee, drank 2 cups a day. I would have severe heartburn 4-5 times a month at about 3 in the morning. Quit the coffee, no more heartburn. Love the vids, keep it up

I haven’t had a cup of coffee ☕️ in 12 days and I feel so much better. Better sleep and more energy. I would not have believed it if I didn’t try it. What you are saying is totally true.

I have another reason for quiting. I recently started juicing celery and cucumbers together. Wow what a natural buzz, very invigorating and mentally "up". However, when I would have coffee in the morning or during the day, the coffee would bring me down.
So start juicing organic celery and cucumber for the problem you have with being alert and energised.
Thanks again.

I am 70 :: UPDATE: I have been walking every morning now up to 2 miles. I also added dumb bell exercises feeling quite good . Minus the gym has made a great change in me as well as plant based eating. 228 lbs 6'2" my new scale says I am 31% body fat and 43% water.... I am working on that.

I just dont like being addicted the way I feel addicted to coffee. I would rather have a lower level of sustained focus and energy then having frequent spikes throughout the day. Now to start my coffee free journey. Here I go. Thanks, you have a new sub!

Yes! better sleep! I've been off coffee for over a year after about 30 years of consistent caffeine use and my sleep is the best that I've ever had.

this was great. I followed it and now have been off coffee for 8 days. This has been the first day with no brain fog and lack of energy. 32 years of 2-3 cups a day habit gone. Thanks for the vid, Big Help!

‘Caffeine gives you stress.’

I’ve never heard it put that way before. That’s very helpful.
Another way of stating it is ‘Caffeine doesn’t energize you, it stimulates you.’

I drink two coffees a day and do have trouble sleeping. I think I'll go for the challenge as well and see how I feel. I did the same thing with Social media and realized how much better I feel without, so I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be a very wise decision. In any case thanks and keep up the great content!
