Ok, here's my 1 month of Hasfit's beginner workouts update. I'm a 44 yr old female who has NEVER worked out until I decided I needed a lifestyle change and I discovered Hasfit. The only two measurements I initially took were my weight -102kgs and waist -120cms. I hopped on the scales after a month only to discover I lost 4kgs. I was a little bit disappointed but hey, 4kgs is 4kgs lighter than I was before. Next I measured my waist and found that I had actually lost 16cms. Personally I can't see the difference in my body but I've had several people say that they can and that I look more toned and that I'm actually 'glowing'. Thank you to the Hasfit team for helping me and continually motivating me to reach my goal. I've been telling everyone about your great workouts and that if I can do it then so can they!!

Just started this routine on Tuesday; cannot get through more than one repetition even with a lighter hand weight. Will add the 2nd repetition when I can get through the 1st one without feeling worn out. Great workout after doing the Beginner Strength Workout for a few years.

Loved this workout. Burns so much in such a short time. Your videos are always motivating, supportive and realistic. I love the fact that you can switch versions. I'll never try other channels, thanks for the free workouts they're life- changing.

Be aware you do your warm up and cool down independently of this workout, for those limited on time. This one has 2 rounds with a 20 second break in between. Great moves, I feel VERY worked over now!

I have been using Total Body Strength workout and I am impressed with the results. I have lost two inches from my waist, chest and hips. Passed this on to my friend absolutely fabulous. I recommend this to everybody who has a desire to get fit and loose weight - bravo!!

Day 2 of "Motive" in the books!! Thanks for another great workout...and helping this Grandma get in better shape and to stay strong! I love having Claudia on set! I try to stay focused on Coach's moves, but sometimes, I have to do Claudia's! All in all...."I'm a fighter, not a quitter!" Looking forward to day 3 of Motive!
