IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targeting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Ever since I've been doing Chloe's workouts :

Guys i heard this amazing quote today: "it's a choice before it's a habit" what i mean is working out is a choice you have to make before it becomes a habit, eating healthy it's a choice before it's a habit. We have to make choices that will transform into habits with time. For anyone who is on their glow up/fitness journey let's make some good choices and let's turn them into habits with time...we got this❤️❤️

I AM SO HAPPY!!! I'm on the 3rd week of summer shred and TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME I was able to complete this workout without taking ANY BREAKS, I LITERALLY FINISHED IT WITH CHLOE!! OMG I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I could never finish this video in one go, I would always take 3-4 breaks in between omg I might shed a few tears of joy!!! If you are reading this, TRUST ME it gets easier. DON'T GIVE UP!!! <3

To whoever is reading this. I promise, the workouts are WORTH IT. I started doing her workouts 2 months ago thinking that nothing about me will change and boy was I wrong. In just one week I saw the biggest difference, not only physically but mentally too! I'm more confident and comfortable with myself, I started wearing clothes that I never thought I would ever wear. If I can do It, you can too. I believe in you, hell, this whole family does. Work hard for what you want❤️

I've been off and on for over a year now with her workouts and it's hard for me to stay motivated for long periods of time. Please like for motivation!!! I know I don't need likes to keep going but it would be nice to know there are others like me😅
