It's time to get Abs from home with this 500 rep Ab Challenge! Get ready for one of the best Home Sixpack Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A full home ab workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like!! You don't need any equipment or weight.

You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

In order to develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train from abs a whole range of perspectives. The core is made up of four key components. The rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs), internal and external obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs)

Honestly I have no idea how will I stay fit during the Quarantine but thanks to Fraser. I managed to stay fit and motivated! Because its hard to follow other athletes when they Gym's are open etc while others are closed. So honestly big shout out to Fraser. God bless Man!! :D
