Why is everyone moving to Texas?

According to moving utility company UHaul, Texas had the most one-way trucks entering the state in 2021. So why is everyone moving to Texas?

That explains the influx of traffic and traffic jams. Now I know why I see so many motor homes, trailers and U-Hauls all over the highways. Now Texas highways can't get any bigger but Texas is building more highways.
