Has anyone tried magnesium l-threonate? It's helped me a lot, works better than anything else I've tried. I take it with Vitamin B6. Feel less anxious. L-theanine gave me headaches and sometimes didn't help with confusion... Just a thought...

I like the L-Theanine I take it with my energy drink every morning. It keeps me grounded and non figgier now I need something for energy as the energy drink just keeps me focused 😂

how to avoid L-theanine tolerance? L-theanine + caffeine is a magical combo to me, but i'm afraid of building tolerance because then I'll have to look for alternatives again
