Maddy's workouts are legit the best on YouTube. Have several of her workouts saved that I come back to regularly. Can't wait to try this one! Also the thing I appreciate most is no long winded speeches at the beginning, she just jumps right in, THANK YOU FOR THAT!

I loved this for 3 reasons:
- glute workout are sometimes uneffective, this isn't
- glute bridgess are a great excercise
- it's nice and short

I thank you for all of your various videos on many different exercises. Right now, I'm trying to work on sculpting my booty, but I have bad knees, injured my elbow recently and have a pinched nerve or something in my back, so I'm limited in what kind of exercises I can do, and I also don't have a lot of time in the day/week to exercise. So I am thankful for all of your videos of various lengths and areas of concentration so I can easily find the exercises that I'm looking for. I also appreciate how you give tips and advice for proper form and execution of the movements. I enjoy exercising to your videos. Thank you!!

Thanks, Maddy! I'am a full time mother so these 10 minutes workouts are great for me (and for a lot others people too, of course :P).
I add a 18kg dumbbell and a band as well, so it was really fun!

I love this workout. I’m on day 2 of doing this one and the abs workout.
I was sore this morning, but not unbearably sore. I felt so good about it and will continue doing these workouts.
