You might want to grab a booty or resistance band for this floor workout, but you can also do it without it! Hey everyone :) This quick 10-minute routine is a great workout finisher for your glutes and booty after your leg day or full body session! However, you can also do this routine to warm up and activate your glutes if you want to train lower body! I hope you enjoy it!
