Set your booty on fire!! Very efficient workout to grow your glutes! Low-impact, no squats, no lunges or jumps. I fell in love with this workout routine I hope you will love it too.

Equipment:
1. I am using a 5kg / 10 lbs dumbbell but for more challenging is best to use 10kg / 22lbs. Please choose a weight that feels good for you

Your home-made weight:
Take a bag, search for heavy food in your kitchen. packs of flour, rice, oats, etc. You can easily put 5 to 10 packs into one bag. That makes 5 to 10 kg :)

2. I also added a resistance band
I recommend it if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band, don't worry, you can still do this workout.
