Best shape of my life was mid-twenties when I was doing P90X every day. Got out of the habit and this is the first day I’ve tried to do a workout in years. I figured 10 min would be easy enough. It whooped my butt! But, it also proves I could do it again.
Time to get at it again!

I am in the Mental Health Profession and if not careful, one can burn out (mentally and physically), quickly. So these 10 minutes of intense body work is just what I need at the end of the day. Love it. Now, on to arms.

Great workout. Did P90x a few years ago and got in awesome shape. Since then though, have stopped doing the workouts because of lack of time, and as a result have gained 15 pounds back. Tried this one and was surprised to see I could still do most of the moves.

I did P90X in my early 20s, got through the first 30 days, then stopped. All these years later, I just do the P90X Yoga (the first 30 minutes) occasionally, but would like to get into the habit of a daily workout. This 10-minute workout is perfect! 😄

I've already made the first progress. I got a note, with the name of this training, from my masseur, six months ago, and today I went on youtube to see what it looks like.🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂Soon, I will probably start, to do this exercise.🙂🙃🙂

I used to be a p90x nut ...about 4 years ago. But I'm going to try and introduce Mr. Norton's works out back at age 46 I need to keep it together for that big 50...God willing.

Then when you get REALLY good, do this workout back to back with 5 minute break in-between (Jump squats gets me every time). 🔥🔥🔥
