Former ballerina here (stressing the length of ‘former’). Just had my third kid 8 weeks ago and this workout was just what my body and mind needed. So thankful for this instructor - I really like her! I will definitely be back for more!!

I find that a lot of short workout videos are super intense and jam-packed because I think the premise is that viewers only have 10 min to workout that day, which is fine, but that's personally not what I'm looking for. So that's why I loved this video, and I also loved Marnie's energy and attitude. This workout was actually a lot of fun to do, and despite having a sore lower back the day after, I will be doing this again!

She is a fun teacher. I was looking for a quick Barre for I have no time to workout today. I liked the overall idea but for people who are looking for Barre without spiritual influence this isn’t it. She is very yoga influenced and mixed in spiritual aspects into this 10minutes. She chooses lines such as “open up your throat”, “spiral the energy in your hips”, “place your hands in prayer”, “create energy to get energy” and more. If you are looking for dancer background barre class which excludes yoga elements this isn’t it. Thank you for the upload tho.
