The real issue isn't that it inherently reduces force production or your body wouldn't do it. The real issue is that it shows glaring weaknesses that if corrected would greatly I crease force production and prevent injury

You might want to consider demonstrating how to squat if you suffer from low back issues. Not everyone can squat ass to grass
