This was the best squatting video I've seen on YouTube! As someone looking to get into lifting, it's really helpful to be walked through the ENTIRE set up and not just lift. Would love to these 5 minvideos for the 5 main lifts!

Love your videos! The one thing that I struggled with squats was continuously feeling pain in my lower back, until a PT at my gym mentioned squatting (without weight) against a wall and practising my posture that way. I do this every time I feel unsure to remind my body what it should feel like to squat.

I like videos like this. Just having solid easy to flip through video to compare my form to yours. Squat is my worst/most difficult lift so I’m always trying to improve it.

I'm a recent follower/newbie lifter and I've found your videos really helpful. I've been working my way up to barbell squats.. been doing dumbell drop squats and goblet squats. Think I'm at the point where I'm gonna transition over to the bar but start out with box squats. Thanks again for the form tips!
