30 minute yoga workout for full body strength bodyweight only! In this video Flo is guiding you through a 30 minute full body strength workout. We recorded this video in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico. All you need for this video is your mat. You can even practice on grass or carpet. Make sure your body is warmed up as well as your wrists. Take breaks whenever you need to, pause the video and join whenever you're ready again. We will work on core, shoulders and front body, back body strength and legs as well as mobility in the hips.

That was a lot harder than I expected it to be! Those pistol squats are a killer! I have a lot of imbalances from years of working out incorrectly and, as a result, have injuries in my shoulders and back. I feel like your videos help to both stretch and strengthen the weak and sore areas. Thank you!
