Today we’re going to talk about the amazing immune benefits of garlic—especially during the winter. Garlic has been used as a natural remedy for various conditions for thousands of years. 

Garlic is even ranked at the top for having potent anticancer effects, according to data from a study on the effects of cancer prevention from vegetables.  

Most of the data we’re covering is from in vitro studies—not studies done on humans. 

These studies found that garlic has the potential to kill:
• E. coli 
• MRSA
• Anthrax 

They found that garlic has a potent effect against:

Dr Berg I'm 63 years old, I eat head of raw garlic every weekend. Even though my wife and my daughters complained about the garlic smell. Moreover I never stopped eating because of their complained, the good thing I'm very healthy and never been in the hospital in my entire life. I'm eating garlic since I was 17 years old.

I drink 16oz of water daily with the following added. Lemon, garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, pepper and Himalayan salt. Been doing this for many years. Simply, easy, and effective!

My grandmother used to heat oil in a pan, and fry garlic garlic till they turn golden brown . And she would put it in a bottle. She used to rub the oil all over our chest, back and neck when we have cold/cough. It works faster than medicine.

My family is Russian. My grandmother used to simmer garlic in whole, full fat milk when we were young. Yes, full fat milk is important because the fats pull out a lot of the active constituents of the garlic. Not the best tasking brew, but it really worked, I tell you. We never went to the doctor as kids because my grandmother took care of everything at home. We were also very rarely sick because she'd nip things in the bud. The longest I ever had a sore throat living with her was less than 24 hours. Goldenseal is also an amazing natural antibiotic.

My neighbor died on the way to the emergency room, back in the1990s. He crossed over, met other deceased people, but came back. His arteries were all clogged. I told him to take garlic to clear his arteries. His doctor could not believe how fast his arteries cleared. He started lifting weights, got his GED, as he joined the navy as a teenage Dad, instead of finishing school. He got his GED before his kids finished high school. He had nine kids. He went on to community college, learned Vietnamese, taught others to be master plumbers, then became a Baptist preacher. Garlic is a life saver. He lived another decade or more, seeing his grandchildren.
I have very good plumbing, as his gift. Many called him a drunk, stay away from him. I prayed for him everyday. I remember when he would be so drunk, he would ask me to go turn off his truck. He was too drunk to be able to turn off the truck. He got sober. Dr. Berg's videos saved my brother from alcoholism. He's been sober 3 years after being an alcoholic 58 years. My brother could have died, his liver was failing. Very appreciative for all the great advise, that saves lives.

I had a checkup and my doctor sent me to a specialist because my triglycerides were high for my age, and they wanted to check if I had a genetic component prone to angina and high blood pressure. I was told I probably had to start taking medicines. For the 2 weeks from my first specialist checkup until i met the specialist a second time, I ate 3 cloves of garlic every day, because i had heard of the benefits. When I returned, just 2 weeks later, my triglycerides and blood pressure had normalized and the specialist happily said that whatever im doing, i should just keep doing, because there was no need for medication. Go garlic!

My father consumes 3-4 cloves of garlic every morning on empty stomach since 2013.... believe me I have never seen any doctor not admiring his Triglycerides and cholesterol level.... They even ask him how he manages to keep them under 150 all time...my father never answers this because if he will tell him they will surely disregard him or scold him for such vague claims. I have myself tried to tell people but it seems no one wants free advice.

I turn 92 next mont, but I never been diagnosed any of those problems... Thanks for the raw garlic and honey until im still healthy and have a strong bones and muscle always... my BP stay in 110-115/76/78..praise god!

I remember visiting a dairy farm producing raw milk and they would have bulbs of garlic hanging around the cows necks and I didn't know why... the farmer explained that it would keep the cows from getting sick. Powerful stuff ❤

Raw garlic is an essential part of my daily diet. I consume four cloves a day when I get home from work and wait an hour before eating a modest meal. Cloves are various sizes so I attempt to eat in total the equivalent of four cloves the size of the first joint of my thumb. Following Dr. Berg's advice on garlic and other topics, my lab work has continued to steadily improve as has weight loss (50 pounds). I enjoy the white board sessions that break down how what we eat affects our bodies.

I GROW MY OWN GARLIC and as a 3 person family we consume about 500 bulbs as well as sauerkraut loaded with garlic and honey garlic ferment…im not keto…whole foods, healthy fats, moderate protein
