Hello! My name is Samery, I'm a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I am a 6-time US Collegiate National Champion. I train in Sparring, Poomsae (forms), Nunchucks, and Bo Staff. Doing the July Challenge, and finished this routine right now. I'm sweating so much but happiness is overflowing through my whole body!! Going to repeat it right away and then going to day 2!! Thank you so much for these fantastic lessons!!

I'm 14 and I recently started taekwondo so I'm the white belt, I have taekwondo twice a week but I want to practice more than that so I do one of your workouts every morning! it has really improved my kicking skills and my condition! when I've done a workout I just feel energetic and ready for my day. so thank you❣

I'm so impressed! I'm a 59 yr old 2nd Dan who hasn't practiced in a few years. You're a very inspiring instructor and the workout was just the right amount of challenge. Thank you! I'll be looking at more of your videos and possibly classes depending on cost and time!

Thank you for this! I used to do Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu, but haven't done them in a while. With everything shut down, I haven't been very active lately, either. This workout definitely had me sweating after several months of inactivity!

Wonderful workout! I have finally time to practise and exercise more! I love moving my body! ♥ Can´t wait to watch more of your videos! Also, just small advice - if you are not used to high kick, you may want to use some support on the other side (e.g. chair etc.). It helped me a lot with my balance at the beginning ♥

I need to warm up bf I warm up (old). Great lesson. You all remember to turn the supporting foot on those inside crescent kicks so as not to twist the knee. I hurt mine once bc I didn’t.

Such a high energy workout, _and_ it trains TKD. Love it lol Most of the TKD I've been doing so far has been slower, focused on form and control, so applying things at a faster pace was a challenge. The only thing in this workout I haven't learned yet is the tornado kick, and I still can't do the full splits, but I'm improving every day. I'll definitely revisit this, and I hope you have some other free classes I can check out.
