i was really fascinated with boxing and i wanted to learn it but i got no money so i watched your vid, THIS WAS BRUTAL FOR ME. Not even kidding i fell down to the floor once the workout was done and took me a second to get back up, been trying to work out to lower my weight since i got teased alot for it, thank you guys for helping

I am going through a journey right now, I’ve lost 100 lbs through diet and light exercise and I have a 100 to go, this is my new daily cardio workout. I’m gonna start checking out more though, I haven’t done boxing in years cause I’ve been too busy being lazy. Thanks for the great video!

i’m a footballer. been doing this once a day for the last month and a half. every time the third and fifth round come i been switchin up my combo. after doing this consistently for almost two months, i’ve noticed massive changes. i do regular weightlifting (for athletic purposes) and ever since i’ve started this tutorial daily, i’ve noticed it’s gotten so much easier to breathe in between lifts and my load has also gone up. on the pitch, i’ve also noticed i am not running out of breath on suicides as much as i used to.

no matter what your sport is, boxing will help you and you’ll see a difference. thank you for introducing me, tony.

Hey coach! I watched dozens of different channels on YouTube. I tried other short shadowboxing workouts. Unfortunately most are quite insufficient to keep up with. Training is much easier and more enjoyable with you. You have a solid narration ability. Please keep creating these short and instructive training videos. This means a lot to many of us. Stay healthy!

The best shadow boxing video in YT! I burn the 400 calories (gotta go high intensity. Then I add 30 min of freestyle shadow boxing to finish the workout. Great way to practice the basics and get fit! 💪💪🥊🥊

Perfect for a low impact high intensity workout!! Realistically though it’s more like 270 ish Calories burned. Still mint though!!

I’m from Turkey 🇹🇷 I found you guys today and just finished the workout. That’s exactly what I’ve been searching for, not too intense, has breaks, and I loves when you sai: “Go slow and focus on technique” that’s more important. I’m doing Calisthenics, I did Kickboxing for 2 years and I did a lot of boxinf at past. But this still sweats me a lot. Even if I’m used to exercise...THANK YOU A LOT AND LOVE FROM TURKEY ❤️❤️❤️🇹🇷
