We actually do this quite often at the mma gym/dojo I attend. It's a good strength exercise.

This is great! This reminds me of what my coach has us do in the end 100 teeps on each leg total of 200 and then 100 knees with each leg.

I got a question for anybody when I do my kicks when shadow boxing I feel like they are weak and I leave my face wide open but in order for me to get momentum I for the kick I feel the need to move hand from my face any tips
