Hello! My name is Samery, I'm a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I am a 6-time US Collegiate National Champion. I train in Sparring, Poomsae (forms), Nunchucks, and Bo Staff. My goal is to share as much as I can about this Martial Art that I'm so passionate about and I hope to inspire other martial artists.

Thank u so much for this. Ik it's not the same as getting professionally coached, but since my parents won't allow me to do taekwondo or any martial art, I have to do whatever I can at home. Thank u again.

32 y/o now. Mother of two. I'm trying your taekwondo training cause I'm inspired by action films I watched 😂. Now is my 4th day of consistent work training. Thank you very much for this video.

This is my first time trying out a taekwondo workout as Ive always wanted to learn a martial art. But I was quite hard for me, like an intense cardio!! hats off

I have practiced Taekwondo since 1990 and currently hold first dan black belt on my way to second dan. I have been in training in at least five countries, including the US where I now live and continue training. I can vouch for the superior nature of this workout. It is not only a great way to introduce rigor and fitness but it also has the foundations of the taekwondo art form in terms of poomse, sparring, and self defense. Great work

Honestly i was a guy who went to the gym for 3 hours a day ended up getting sick gained a ton of weight and started losing hope that I’d get back to the way I was and honestly the way I felt after doing this once gave me hope that I can so thank you for giving me hope excepts I wasn’t able to do some of the kicks or stretches tried the best I could but I plain on doing this everyday Intel am able to do all of it what I am trying to see is keep up the good work your helping a lot of people your an inspiration
