Today's workout:

-30 sec 2 lb regular bounce
-30 sec 1 lb front straddle
-15 sec rest
-30 sec 2 lb regular bounce
-30 sec 1 lb front straddle
-15 sec rest
-30 sec 2 lb regular bounce
-30 sec 1 lb front straddle
-15 sec rest
-30 sec 2 lb regular bounce
-30 sec 1 lb front straddle
-15 sec rest

**beginners complete circuit 1-2x
**advanced complete 4-5x
**rest 1 min between circuits

Well I just did 3000 revolutions of free styling jumps but slow 30 minutes! 3, 000 revolutions Challenge, I’ll bet Dan could do it in 19 minutes, love Torch Monday’s #dothething

I started week ago to jump rope, i can do an hour of regular bounce and mix with fast&slow pace i still have lot of mistakes so its not 60min without stopin..but when i do mistake i jump right into again no rest..im better than i expected, i was runner before, this is more fun, and because of lower intensity i think i can maintain more muscle, im doin my Kettlebells routine in the morning for an 40min and than skippin rope for an hour in afternoon..as im trader i work like an hour a day, so i have time to work on my self, keep it up guys i started to jump rope because of you..thank u..exactly what i needed, fun cardio to maintain my hard earned muscle and lose that stubborn fat..regards from Croatia

hey guys I'm thinking about combining my kettlebell training with jump rope. And which is more efficient, jump rope for 10 minute then do my kettlebell swings or do both each after each?

I did my first torch workout tody (just got my 2lb rope a killer) and my neighbors sons asked if they could jump with me . I was completely out done ! Cause I feel like my rope skills suck but I told them yes . When it was done they said they had been watching me from day one and I was pretty good and they wanted to learn how to jump from me lol . It made me feel pretty good to know that my just doing the thing has inspired someone else (2 somebody's ). I am mostly a private person but I had to tell this and thank you guys for just doing the thing !

Thanks jump rope dudes. I hated working out and about 2 weeks ago i found ur channel and now im on the second week of your free 4 week challenge and im loving it. Have noticed any body changes and my shins really hurt. Any advice?
