How To Take A Punch Like An MMA Pro - For The Win

Best way to "take a punch" is keep the neck relaxed and turn with the contact, move back with body shots and usually keep the pace with what your opponent is doing by keeping your eyes directed at his shoulder span so you have a good view of his heart area.

@JonPL i gathered that from watching it, but still, the title is misleading. when i picture someone who can take a punch, i usually picture someone with a solid chin, not necessarily someone who is a solid defender. to me, those are two different things.
and on a side note, that punch he does at 0:10 is a good way to tear a tendon or break your wrist.

@kankasixxx It's called cauliflower ear. That guy's name is matt horwich he does a lot of grappling and grapplers like wrestling a bjj get cauliflower ear from there ear getting rubbed on a lot

Body shots win a street fight easily.
If you're going for a head shot is better be a KO.

The best way to fight is not to get hit, and that mean run away real fast. Then 2 days later, when he is not looking, take da biggest, badest baseball bat to his head.
