Hi Judy! My Carnivore friend recommended you to me and I love your video where you dissected Paul Saladino’s bloodwork. I am an RA patient and had been on and off with Carnivore. I just recently got married to the man of my dreams and he is a very healthy man. I am committing to our marriage and part of this commitment is to be healthy so we can enjoy life to the fullest. But most of all, I am committing to cure my RA for me, so I can free myself from toxic meds like steroids and pain relievers. I want to live a pain-free life. Praying this will reverse my RA. 🙏🥰

Hey Judy, thank you so much!! My WHY is to heal my body. Heal from Severe Iron Deficiency Anemia, B12 Deficiency and Protein Deficiency. Began slowly about 3 weeks ago, dropping sugar and grains. Added eggs and fish, butter and Raw cheese...started feeling really good!! Had my 2nd steak just now! And it was really good, no side of guilt and lots of yummy fat!! Have lots of support from my vegan husband too! Thank you so much for this book!. All my old body aches and pains have magically disappeared!! Looking forward to my next blood work in about a month(the haematologist checks me about every 6 weeks).
My family is a mix of vegan/vegetarian/flexitarian and now the ex vegan carnivore lol. I dont really get triggered by the other foods in the pantry as they make me feel like shit. The only thing that I still wax wistfully for is Sushi Rice lol...but haven't touched it xxx

Thank you for the video Judy! I'm new-ish to Carnivore but have been doing a meat-heavy keto for at least a year and Keto before that. I still have some inflammation, fatigue and some other health issues I'd love to resolve, so here I am. I'm looking forward to this month (day 2 for me) and perhaps beyond! :)

I gave away a bag each week of the ‘worst foods’ (still new and sealed) to a free little pantry nearby. I stopped buying them and replaced with healthy choices…which keeps simplifying.

What concerns me is dealing with low stomach acid and bile flow on a meat based diet, this can create a toxic situation quite fast due to poor motility and thus elimination. The last time I was eating a keto based diet the toilet trips were dreadful.

Thanks Judy, I have been both Keto then Carnivore in 2020. I had a few reasons, (severe osteoarthritis in my hip being one) and definitely felt relief from pain ( no painkillers now) but I also wanted to lose around 40 to 50lbs. I only ever lost 14 to 18 lb and then stopped losing. I tried changing fat to protein ratio’s and naturally fasted around 18hrs. When I didn’t lose the weight ( after about 3 months) I would give in to cravings and that would continue throughout the year, on and off. I have got myself a diary, and I have begun again trying to work out what mix will work for me.
I have just one question, if you don’t mind, I was a police officer for 30 yrs, I retired in 2018. I worked shifts, ( including nights) worked hard with almost daily overtime (extra hours) then working for the last 11 years of my service as a Detective on a Murder team. I’m starting to wonder if my adrenals are the problem and if so, what is the best way to heal and how long could that take. 💕🇬🇧

I'm on my 4th attempt of carnivore lifestyle 4 the day I have butter and blue cheese and meat I did have a few pieces of celery I'm going 100 percent I have sparkling water lvciddd

It’s definitely not easy. It’s has to be a mindset. Discipline is what you have to do and not easy.

Here is what I realize grass beef 🥩 is more dense vs grain beef so it must be same thing with us humans if we don’t eat our own diet
Basically grain feed cows are sick and swollen inflame etc
