Most of the asanas are putting too much stress over the abdominal muscles...not recommended for the third trimester with a significant belly...can lead to diastasis recti

These yoga postures are not recommended to Pregnant women. It's for one who are planning for pregnancy. I felt all yoga postures are not safe when your carrying.

Many people asking at which month one can do these exercises..for safer side it is better to start this exercises after 5 th month.. Practice it daily after 5 months with concentration of proper breathing, definitely one will have greater chance of having normal delivery
