If you are in your 30s or 40s, there is very high chances that you dont have time to go to the gym for hours, as you have full time job, family and kids to look after. In that case this intense 15 min HIIT and Abs kettlebell workout for busy parents is a perfect. Its high intensity workout for the whole body, we will work on Legs, Back, Chest, Arms and of course your core and abs.
All you need 15 min of your time (plus time to warm up and stretch), you need one kettlebell, bottle of water, mat and little bit of space around you (you can do this workout in the garden, living room or garage gym) that's it. You literally need one piece of equipment.
