This 3000m race was the B race at the Bromley twilight track meet. The target pace for this 3000m was 7:56, but after a 4:01/4:02 first 1500m, they were slightly off the pace. With 800m to go, they went through 2200 in 6:02/6:03. Then a 60 second lap and then a 55 last lap.
