Every morning, before my strength & Cardio training, Jumping Jack is my first warm up exercise after stretching. 2 Sets of 50 sec work > 10 sec rest (2 min total). Second Warm Up Exercise is 'Running on the spot' 2 x 50w > 10r. 3rd is Deep Squat 2 x 50 > 10. Last is Hopping Back and Forth 2 Set. Total 9 min for my warm up exercise. Between each exercise, i have a 20 Sec break.

I forgot how to do a jumping Jack because I didn't do it for over a year and this helped me alot

Not really difficult but if you go 30 seconds straight ..at least for me..you start to lose it about 23 or 24.. (at least I did) However it really works the pulse and is good for interval training. I could feel my pulse in my neck. Fast!

Want to start exercising or struggle to start do this
Walk for 1 hour a day just walk
Do 5 sets of 5 push ups twice a day can take breaks
Do 3 sets of 20 body weight squats
And do 4 sets of 20 jumping jacks
Can do it in any order if you are a low energy person use the walk as a warm up to wake your body up walking is so natural to the body you wont have a problem doing it

I usually do it on my tippy toes instead of flatfoot on ground, is that okay?
Or bad for toe health?

I love you so much I just started becuase I'm kind of fat but not like over the top fat it's hard for me to do these kinds of thing but I'm going to work hard
