I might have to stop before my forearms get bigger than my biceps ...

Because my last two forearms videos got a lot of success I decided to try another tool for 20 days and see how it would impact the size of my forearms!

Man. Even your biceps grew as well. I'm doing it regularly. Problem is I don't get tired after 5 minutes. Each arm.

How old are you? Which kind of workout did you do besides the powerball (especially for your forearms)? Did you take any supplements (aminos or smth)?

If you're not a beginner on muscle building it won't build muscle, that is very good for fast recovery of injuries on elbow, wrist and fingers

I have to call a bit of BS on this one.. At 4:33 the day 1 photo is WITHOUT flexing while the day 2 is WITH flexing.. I am not even mentioning the difference in light and skin color..

So we practice on 1 2 3 and rest on 4 7 8 9, and 1 day 5 minutes each hand, right? And my ball dont have the watch( sorry i dont know how to say it true) so what would i do? Thanks

It's better to use heat instead of ice for recovery. Heat promotes blood flow, blood carries oxygen and nutrients, ice slows and restricts blood flow.

I have really skinny wrists, does it make my wrist also bigger? doesn't need to be a huge difference, would be happy if it slightly gets bigger
