I never do this, but here I go!
Day 1:✅️ breathing really hard
Day 2:✅️ sore right hamstring
Day 3:✅️ both hamstrings sore
Day 4:✅️ slightly less sore hamstrings
Day 5:✅️ less soreness, but harder🤔
Day 6: 🚫 forgot and fell asleep😭
Day 7: 🚫 didn't forget but unwell🤒
Day 8: ✅️ loved the interrupting ad
Day 9: ✅️ the two ads made me happy;)
Day 10: ✅️ really out of breath😫
Day 11: 🚫 ab workout too hard
Day 12: 🚫 just lazy me (irritated)
Day 13: 🚫 had a late show; really tired
Day 14: ✅️ really hard for some reason

Overall: yes, this works! I didn't have as drastic results as some say, but I can still see the difference! So I think I'll keep on doing this. (Not everyday, but maybe every other?)


Update: it's been a few months, and yes, there is change!! I can see a solid 2 inches of growth, and I'm going to mix in some weights and other exercises too. 100% recommend, just try to be steady and consistent;) you got this!

Day 2:✅( I woke up with sore legs and some of the workout were a lil bit hard but i managed to get through with it)
Day 3:✅( my body is a bit still sore but it’s going away)
Day: 4:✅ no progress yet
Day 5: I didn’t do it ( Rest Day)

Been doing this challenge for a couple of days, and I can say it works! The bump after finishing is 🔥🔥 I’m measuring everyday before the wo, and I’ve gained 1.5 cm in one week. I’m loving my results, I’ll keep doing it for one more week and see how it goes.❤ I’m not doing it everyday, I do two days and rest one, drink lots of water and stretch b&a. The last minutes are still hard and it burnsss, but I think it’s worth it 😊

this WORKS! I’ve always been insecure about my butt, so I started this challenge thinking that I would give up... but now I’m on day 6 and it looks sooo much better! Plumped, less soggy and round! I’ll keep on doing this challenge until summer. I’M SO HAPPY!❤️

Edit: I finished the challenge. Totally worth it! Do it! My butt is lifted! 😍

This is a very different challenge than my previous ones! Let me know what you think! Remember every body is different and therefore someone might see results within 2 weeks but someone might need bit longer time. We are all different but the consistency is a key! Don’t give up your dreams xxx

On day 3 now and I thought I'd never say I was grateful for the ad in the middle of the video that allowed me to take a small break haha I loved the ticking too its a great way to keep the moves at a rhythm. The celebration at the end with the confetti is amazing too I felt so proud lol

Day 6:✅- There are no burns after the exercises and I don’t know if am just hallucinating because I literally see some changes.

Day 1 : Found it hard because I don’t excercise a lot but pushed myself to the fifth set ✅
Day 2 : A LOTT easier then the first day, I feel healthier just by doing this workout tbh, got the fifth set without a lot of struggle ✅
Day 3 : controlled my breathing more/ it’s becoming easier for me, no aching today ✅
Day 4 : Was a bit unmotivated however i still did it by remembering why i started doing this in the first place! Felt harder then yesterday tho ✅
Day 5 : Did it! Unmotivated again but I still pushed through, wasn’t as hard as yesterday ✅
Day 6: (tomorrow)

Ibrrr I gave up😭 But I’m going to try and restart bc summer is hereeee
