This is Day 5 the last day on the challenge :) yayyyyyy! This is going to be targeting your whole glutes. You can do this WITH OR WITHOUT resistance bands. This workout is going to be INTENSE so make sure you eat 1-2 hours before this workout and when you are done make sure to eat something high in protein within 30 minutes of finishing this video!
