This is Day 5 the last day on the challenge :) yayyyyyy! This is going to be targeting your whole glutes. You can do this WITH OR WITHOUT resistance bands. This workout is going to be INTENSE so make sure you eat 1-2 hours before this workout and when you are done make sure to eat something high in protein within 30 minutes of finishing this video!

I really liked this workout, and for anyone looking through the comments for motivation I’ve been doing the 2 week Booty challenge for 5 days and I’m seeing results my butt looks perkier already so keep going!

done with the challenge! i honestly feel the difference: my booty is more lifted/filled, my legs are more toned, i gained a little bit on my hip dips. thank you so much! i feel more confident and even got a little bit of that shelf booty haha. <33

I’ve been doing this for 1 month and some weeks and I just wanna tell you that I’m so thankful for you! Loved every single exercise, my butt has never been this big neither my hips (of course I’m drinking protein shakes and some other stuff to gain weight because I was really skinny) but now my butt is so plumped, my hips wider and my thights ticker (with muscle!!) I’m starting gym next week so I guess from now on I’ll follow some of your gym exercises. THANK YOU! <3

finished week 1, day 5!!! seen results already but I used ankle weights and a resistance band through the whole 5 this challenge and deffo recommend it. I also did a separate abb and butt workout each day as well as cela marr’s daily ones ✌️✌️absl love, so ready for next week ❤️❤️ xx

Results after 4 weeks:

Weight: gained 0.6 kgs
Bust: lost 1.5 inches
Waist: 0 inch difference
Biggest Part of Waist: lost 0.5 inch
Hips: gained 0.5 inch
Bum: gained 1 inch
Arms: lost 0.5 inch
Thighs: lost 0.5 inch
(I did this and the hourglass challenge at the same time)
