Excellent point that constantly gets over-looked. 20x body weight straight from the start is such a huge mistake and you find yourself on a cut within a month or two having gained very little muscle.

Plus there's so much food out there that are filling/high volume that aren't calorie dense so if you just eat anything you'll be wasting space in your stomach

I think our genetic makeup was meant for agility or speed or the endurance of fibres. If you look at sports we excel at compared to the animal kingdom we are not so different.
