As a "hardgainer" myself. I've been using this exact approach for the last 3 months and I'm currently the heaviest I've ever weighed. There really is no secret. We're all gonna make it brahs.

What ive found to be helpful is to find 2 very high calorie dinners that you enjoy and just switch between the two every night. Taking the decision making out of it guarantees that i get my calories in every day

As someone who’s always been skinny I don’t think its that my metabolism is especially fast. The last couple months of actually tracking my food in a bulk has shown me that I just don’t have that great if an appetite. I only have to eat just over 3000 calories but often late in the day I’m just not motivated to eat or make food. This is why I was always skinny just because I didn’t have that much of an appetite. I think this may be the case for more skinny dudes than they realize. Just because you can eat Mcdonald’s a couple times a week doesn’t mean your metabolism is fast, you may just not eat later in the day because you’re full

Im standing at about 6’6 thanks to everyone in my family being stupid tall but, I was 175 lbs back in November, been on a bulk since and I’m standing around 235lbs at the moment. This is the strongest I’ve been and finally starting to fill out thanks to endless mass gainers along with 6 meals a day.. things have been going great but I feel out of touch with the outside world. This summer has been just working, eating and lifting (I’m only 20 so next year will be different) but, If all goes well I will be turning 21 built as FUCK ‼️🤟

Exactly. I’m 6’1 and 186 pounds at 20 years old. And eat around 4.5k calories a day and train 5 days a week. You want something? Push yourself and dedicate yourself if you really want it. And I do, personally. So I push myself. It’s an unbelievable struggle some days. And some days I fail. But the good out weighs the bad. And that’s how you succeed

factss, i’m 17 and before i really started wanting to gain weight and change the way i look i barely ate maybe 2 meals a day weighing 125, i started doing my research on how the muscles grow and just the science behind the body and that’s when i learned u gotta eat big to get big obviously only for certain that may work but even my trainer told me all i literally have to do it eat workout at least 5 times a week and get good sleeep and repeat, obviously when you aren’t used to eating a good 4-6 meals a day it’s gonna be hard at the start but once u start gettin used to it, it becomes a daily thing you just have to want it and actually put the work in 🤲
