My man couldn’t bring his gear to ranger school…lost all his gains…finished ranger school and got right back on it. Tell the whole story dude.

The idea that some people have a hard time gaining weight is so crazy to me like it really is interesting that some people have bodies and minds that tell them they’re full while not in a surplus. Even just a slight calorie deficit is a gigantic mental challenge for me

I make a smoothie with peanut butter, frozen fruit, milk and protein powder, it tastes good and is cheap to make for a lot of calories

At a certain point cardio does interfere with building muscle, especially for legs

Put in the work. Persistence WILL pay off. You won't see it in a week or two but stick with it have FAITH and it will come. It will. Trust the process.

You delude people with all this stuff, man. Many inexperienced people take too literally what you say. Hiding information about your pharma support is kinda a crime towards those people

Marine Corps boot camp does the same thing, was never motivated enough to gain it all back. 20+ years later, I'm gonna give it a try!!! 😜

Anyone who says Cardio makes you lose muscles are doing the minimalistic cardio. Cardio is also playing sports like Bball, Boxing etc. They actually build muscle rather than lose. Video is spot on

Thanks for this insightful video! Im
48 As a hard gainer and a beginner, your content has been incredibly helpful. I’ve been working out for months and have seen small gains, but progress is extremely slow. I have some unique challenges as I’m diabetic and have vagus nerve damage, which affects my digestion and motility. This means I can’t consume large amounts of meat for protein.

I currently take Naked Whey to get 100 grams of protein daily and supplement with other foods to reach about 137-140 grams of protein since I weigh 137 pounds. Additionally, I need to keep my carb intake under 145 grams per day to manage my glucose levels.

Given these constraints, do you have any suggestions on how I can optimize my muscle growth? Any advice on training routines, diet adjustments, or supplements that could help me build muscle more effectively would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you do!

To achieve a 2100-calorie diet while keeping carbs at 145 grams per day using ground turkey tacos, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, peas, and oatmeal, here is a revised meal plan that maintains these constraints.

I used to do cardio everyday and weighed about 175lbs as well. I have a very fast metabolism and would eat well but still ended up losing about 20 pounds so I stopped cardio. I want to continue running but I’m afraid of losing so much weight again.

Ranger school vs lifting as a civilian are two entirely different things people. Lack of normal long sleep cycles, amount of calories burned/day, & lack of weight lifting is what goes on during ranger school.
