favorite compound movement is the weighted pull-up. They are fun because I can almost always pull more weight then anyone else in the gym.

My name is Sergio, and I have a 16-year-old son named Quintin. He plays football and runs track. This season, he was moved to the JV team because the coach feels he’s not yet strong enough to handle the varsity squad. The coach advised that Quintin needs to gain weight and build strength by July 2025 to compete for a starting spot.

My favorite compound movement is laying down in bed and learning from Dane that I'm full of shit. That and deadlifts. 😇 (I'm a hard gainer that needs to eat more ice cream)

Ive been doing 4 sets x5 reps im getting stronger but i want to be strong and big im 130 should i do hypertrophy training or strength fist and what rep ranges do i do

Sounds like a great way to get fat FAST!
Gaining muscle is a very slow process, unlike building fat storage.
This video is pretty worthless imo.
There needs to be a focus on getting the right amount of protein for each persons body type and then only add a small caloric surplus on top of that.
Otherwise you end up a blob in no time that will have to cut back down.
