I saved your video and was excited to show it to my physical therapist. I am 60 and have OA both hips bone on bone with painful advanced muscle atrophy. I am always in pain, the hip ball grinds in the socket and I eat Tylenol and Aleve every day. She said your video was great and she was happy about my interest in doing things to help myself, but that they were not tailored to my condition, could hurt more than help and not to do them. I was disappointed to hear that. I am going to keep the video for future as I get older with balance issues. Thank you

Hello from L in Canada. I am still working on these exercises, with some improvements, I’m not stopping, as my balance is poor. I’m 90+ years of age so I have a lot of correcting to do.Plus I have scoliosis. I’m pleased to have found this video. Thank you 😊

Hi I realize I do not know your name, however I keep trying these exercises each day and find I am able to stand on my left leg longer than my right, although not quite for the two minutes. I’m not giving up . Remember I’m 90+ years of age, that doesn’t mean I can’t learn. Thank you. LK. from Canada. ❤😊

I am age 83 and believe me, I've had more than my share of physical therapy. You have made this so clear and doable. You got me in a previous video when you mentioned shopping carts...you really got my attention. Im getting a walker and going to my sidewalk quickly. Thank you, so helpful.

THIS IS SO HELPFUL, I'VE BEEN DOING THE EXERCISE FOR MY BALANCE, BUT MY KNEE'S ARE MY PROBLEM, I FEEL ON BOTH AT THE SAME TIME AND HAD TO CATCH MYSELF ON BOTH MY HANDS HURTING MY SHOULDER'S, BUT MY KNEE'S TOOK MOST OF THE DAMAGE.
