I would be very surprised if my ex tried to come back after the things I said to him, I let him know he is a deranged narcissist and he disgusted me, he knew I no longer cared for him and he is beneath my consideration. Stay strong people.

I'm broken after this treatment, discarded me a few days before Christmas and is currently smearing me to family and friends. My dad turned on me last night and basically took her side. Truly heartbreaking and gut wrenching to know after all this pain and mental anguish she feels the need to do this to me. I did nothing but love her and treat her like a queen 😢

My situation was pretty much as described in the video. I had a neutral party and proof a narc betrayed me. The narc tried to blame the other party, but completely lost it. I have a lot more proof of bad things done to others as well in case the narc tries anything else with me. They are mad 😡 I got the control now🎮 😄.

Wow. This is is exactly how it happened with my nex. I'd asked him to leave several times before, not sure what was different with this one, I hadn't reached my limit though I was close and was standing up for myself etc. The vitriol he spoke when he left was unlike anything the previous 15 years! And sought to destroy me. Saying because I'd cut ties with toxic family members, I am the common denominator! And he went from one day saying how much he loves me and wants make it work to literally zero, that's it. And now 10 months later makes out like I just woke up one day wanting to be disabled single mum of 3 challenging kids, nothing to do with anything he did of course 🙄

I left my narc recently, and I’m a better man for doing so.She was cheating on me with a work colleague.Long story short I found out through a mutual friend about her skank behavior.I acted as if everything was normal.She went to work on Monday, and that’s when I made my move.Packing up all my belongings and I even took down all our photos and binned them🤣I stuck her with the heating bill, council tax, and the electric bill.I took all but £20 from the checking account we had together.Blocked her on everything, full no contact.Leaving her was easy, because I had time to digest all that she had done to me and turned rage into my motivation to leave her without warning or any sense of closure.
