I gotta move to this portion of my habits now it seems. Im doing 3 hours of cardio daily and im starting to feel it in my back and my calves.
(Pain wise), eating under 1500-1800 calories @148 now

(fluctuates between 146-148 throughout morning weighing.

{was 185 last june}

I only have a protein shake in the morning sometimes if anything and eat my homemade chicken and rice with no calorie seasonings and Salt and 0 cal oil mon-saturday. Trying to get to 15% Bodyfat to get my abs to show and be one of the only ECMO survivors with a V taper.

I don’t use that stuff to recover I just listen to the other inner voice that’s gonna hurt me if I start missing workout days

Thanks. I’m sticking to my black and red beans as “post-workout supplements” for now. I did buy from transparent labs (pre-workout, whey protein, and creatine)
I’ve gotten great results thus far.

Add it to what you're already doing or buy it at the big box stores check the labels try it for a month see if there's any noticeable Improvement or stretch a month supply out over two doesn't mean you have to take it every single day maybe use it as a supplement in the areas that you struggle with after a hard leg workout Etc

As long as it has the actual ingredients go for it. It's the ones that say, 'Proprietary Blend', that you have to watch out for.

I've only seen maybe a couple or three shorts where he is talking about transparent Labs if you're going to supplement why reinvent the wheel stick to something that's been proven or tested by others doesn't mean you have to use it
